The LWW-WZB-W55 is an IP66-rated high-efficiency LED wall washer series for architectural facade, bridge structure, and commercial landscape illumination. Three length variants are available: 350mm (18W), 620mm (35W), and 1220mm (65W). All models share 100–277V AC universal input, RGBW/RGB/White colour configurations, nine beam angle options including asymmetric 15x40° and 15x55°, and DMX/RDM plus 0-10V dimming support. Designed for surface mounting with a 150° adjustable bracket; operating temperature is strictly limited to –20°C to +40°C.

Advantages

Optics for Wall Washing

Offers 5° to 60° symmetric beams plus 15x40° and 15x55° asymmetric lenses. Asymmetric optics deliver uniform wall-washing without hotspot overlapping, while white light configurations achieve up to 92 lm/W efficacy.

DMX512 / RDM Control

Full DMX512/RDM support for dynamic color programming and multi-zone sequencing. Daisy-chain up to 128 fixtures per run (RGBW 4CH). Static white circuits can run on 0–10V dimming independently.

Three Fixed Lengths, M6 Bracket Mount

350mm, 620mm and 1220mm lengths match standard project module spacing. Mounting brackets use M6 tapping screws — field-adjustable for wall, soffit or parapet installation. Weight from 1.5kg to 4.7kg, two-person lift required for L12 variant.

Corrosion-Resistant Aluminum Structure

Extruded 6063 aluminum alloy housing with anodized finish and tempered glass lens. Multi-layer structural waterproofing keeps moisture out of the optical chamber — tested to IP66 and IK06 for coastal bridges and high-washdown facades.

ETL Listed + CE Certified, 100–277V AC

ETL listing satisfies ANSI/UL safety for US and Canadian project submittals; CE covers European LVD/EMC. Universal 100–277V AC input means same SKU ships to North America, Europe and Asia without transformer rework.

How is the IP66 waterproofing validated, especially at the cable connections?
The fixture body achieves IP66 via multi-layer structural sealing and a tempered glass cover. Crucially, the quick-connectors and daisy-chain cables are also rated IP67, ensuring the entire wiring system remains watertight. All units undergo a 100% factory aging test and high-pressure water jet testing before shipment.
What are the DMX/RDM wiring limits and fail-safe behaviors on site?
A single DMX universe supports up to 32 fixtures without a splitter (or 128 fixtures in 4-channel RGBW mode using built-in signal boosting). RDM allows remote addressing and diagnostics via tools like MR-WT35, eliminating the need for manual DIP switch setup on high facades. In case of DMX signal loss, the fixture's fail-safe mode holds the last programmed scene (or turns off, configurable via RDM) to prevent erratic flashing.
Is the LWW-WZB-W55 field-serviceable for power supply or LED module replacement?
Yes. The fixture features a modular internal design. The end-caps can be unsealed on-site to access and replace the LED driver or PCB modules without returning the entire fixture to the factory. We recommend keeping 3-5% spare parts inventory for large projects. The standard warranty is 3 years, with 5-year extended warranty options available for specific project requirements.
What are the lead times and MOQs for standard vs. custom RAL configurations?
Standard silver finishes (1ft/2ft/4ft) are typically kept in semi-finished stock with a 4-5 week assembly lead time (No strict MOQ). Custom RAL CLASSIC (K7) housing finishes require a 5-6 week lead time with a minimum order of 50 units per color due to powder-coating setup.
